A pear wrapped in provalone, please note the creative use of sprigs from the fennel bulb to tie the wrapped pears, lovely spiced sauteed veggies, grilled chicken and pancetta, and a swirl of balsamic. Garnished with basil leaves and a cherry tomato. A true tasting plate. Very refined!
