The red olive oil has red hot pepper in it--mmmmm!


The balsamic that Luiza and I are dipping bread in here is the thickest and sweetest.  It got this flavor through a long aging process.  While this thick, sweet balsamic is good for strawberries, it's usually best to stick with thinner vinegar (thus younger vinegar) for salads.  Thanks William!
